Please Note: Once you apply for any of our markets and pay your vendor fee, you are automatically ACCEPTED into our market. You MUST pay your vendor fee by 8/1, or we will give your spot to another vendor on our waitlist. Please review our FAQ page for further policies and procedures. You will receive several logistical emails leading up to the event. We are so happy to have you with us! 🌈

Quick Note For Vendors

  • This market has a 140 vendor cap and we will close applications when either that cap is met OR by the 8/1 deadline - whichever comes first. 

  • This is an indoor AND outdoor market with a mask mandated hour for both INDOOR and OUTDOOR vendors from 10AM - 11AM

  • This market's Rain Date is Sunday, October 26th. If you cannot make the rain date or the rain date gets rained on, vendor fees will not be refunded but can be transferred to a A Big Gay Market in 2026 in Albany (NOT regional pop ups).

  • We offer a sliding scale vendor fee from $35 to $135 max to pay our organizer, offset costs of advertising, vendor snacks and drinks, event insurance, and more.

  • This market has a Wellness Section that is curated and managed by Cheyenne Clarke of Womb2Womb Adornments. You can indicate if you want to be part of that section within this form. 

  • This market has a Community Area which is a separate form. You will be guided to that form if you meet the criteria of a Community Area Vendor. 

  • If you received a Promo Code from the rained out April Market, you can use it for this market. This can be used at check out under "Have A Promo Code?" and it will waive the fee for you. 

  • This is an indoor and outdoor market. You will either have a 10 x 10 tented space which MUST have weights that equal 40lbs OR you will have a single four OR two racks equaling four feet inside. You can indicate your preference on the form but it is NOT promised.

  • All donations are opt-in. We do not reject vendors who cannot donate. 

  • You MUST pay your vendor fee by LATEST 8/1. If you register, but do not pay your vendor fee by then - we will give your spot to a vendor on the waitlist.
